CHILDRENS PRIVACY

Our Website, and the services we provide to our clients, are not directed to or intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. DONATIONS

Gear Up Sports is a newly generated venture which has filed for 501(c)(3) recognition with the appropriate regulatory agencies.  Until the entity receives formal approval for non-profit status, your financial contributions may NOT be considered tax deductible.  Once GUS receives formal charitable organization status, the website will be updated.
